• Make payments online using Visa, MasterCard, Click Service, or IBAN transfers.
• Receive learning materials, certificates, and digital content.
• Communicate with instructors and support staff.

Coderz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any course or feature without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate and current information during registration.
• You agree not to share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
• Coderz reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive activity is detected.

4. Payments and Billing

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Payments for courses, subscriptions, or services may be made via:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)
• Click payment service
• IBAN transfer (manual or electronic)

All transactions are securely processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways. Coderz does not store full credit card details.

4.2 Pricing and Taxes

All prices are listed in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) or Saudi Riyal (SAR) where applicable.

Coderz reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Taxes may be included or added depending on your location.

4.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are handled according to Coderz's Refund Policy, available on the website.

In general:

• Refunds are only issued for valid claims (e.g., duplicate payment, course cancellation).
• Once you have accessed digital content or completed part of a course, refunds may not be applicable.
• Requests must be made via info@coderz-tech.com within 7 days of purchase.

5. Course Access and Usage

• Course access is granted only to the registered user and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.
• Materials, videos, and lessons are for personal learning only.
• Unauthorized sharing, copying, recording, or redistribution of course content is strictly prohibited.
• Coderz may revoke access to users violating these terms without refund.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Service — including videos, text, graphics, logos, and designs — is the exclusive property of Coderz or its content partners and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and view the materials for personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer or extract any code or software.
• Use Coderz materials to create competing services.

7. User-Generated Content

11. Termination

Upon termination, all licenses and rights to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amman, Jordan.
